Android Setup & Installation
Our muraybet Android app is the fastest route to our full platform. To install, visit our mobile download page or scan the QR code on our homepage. Your device will prompt you to allow installation from unknown sources—this is normal and safe. Once you tap "Install," the app downloads and installs automatically.
After installation, open muraybet and tap "Login." Enter your registered email or username, then your password. For added security, we send a one-time code to your registered phone number or email. Enter that code, and you're in. From there, you can immediately browse Liga 1 tables, live blackjack games, and esports markets on Mobile Legends and Free Fire.
Your Android phone will ask for permissions to send notifications—we recommend granting this so you don't miss live updates about table availability or Liga 1 match schedules. You can tweak notification frequency anytime in Settings > Notifications.
Installation tips
- Ensure your Android version is 8.0 or later for full compatibility
- Free up at least 120 MB of device storage before installing
- Enable location services if you want to see payment options nearest you
- Check your email for the installation confirmation link we send after download
iOS Browser Access & Add-to-Home
If you use iPhone or iPad, we have no separate app store listing, so our platform runs through your mobile browser. Open Safari (or Chrome), visit muraybet.app, and tap the Share button. Select "Add to Home Screen," and we create a bookmark that launches our platform icon directly from your home screen—it behaves almost like a native app.
Login is identical: enter your email and password, confirm the verification code sent to your number, and you're logged in. Your session persists across browser tabs, so if you switch to check a Piala Indonesia fixture on another app and come back, you'll still be logged in to our platform.
For iOS users, we optimise the browser experience for touch. Tapping account details, navigating to live roulette tables, or checking your DANA balance all work smoothly in portrait or landscape mode. If you ever need to log out (e.g., on a shared device), simply tap your profile icon and select "Logout"—we clear your session immediately.
Password Reset & Account Recovery
Forgot your password? On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password?" We send a reset link to your registered email within seconds. Click the link, choose a new password (minimum 8 characters, mix of letters and numbers), and confirm. Your new password takes effect immediately—your old one no longer works.
If you can't access your email, we have a recovery flow. Tap "Locked out?" and we'll walk you through identity verification using your registered phone number and the last four digits of your payment method (e.g., your e-wallet or mobile banking card). Once verified, you can reset your password without email access.
Account Verification & KYC
When you first log in to muraybet, we ask for basic identity information—your full name, date of birth, and ID number. This is part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) process, a standard requirement to prevent fraud and money laundering. Your data is encrypted and stored securely. We never share it with third parties without your consent.
After you complete KYC, you can deposit and play immediately. However, when you request a withdrawal, we run a final verification check—this typically takes a few hours, though during Imlek or Idul Adha holidays it may take longer. We notify you by email and in-app once the check is complete, and your withdrawal processes to your registered local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or mobile banking account.
Push Notifications & Alerts
Once logged in, muraybet sends push notifications about live football matches, table availability, and bonus promotions. On Android, you control these in Settings > Notifications inside our app. On iOS, manage notifications in your device Settings > muraybet. You can choose which categories you want to hear about—for example, notifications for Liga 1 but not for slots, or alerts for live roulette but not for sportsbook odds.
We never send notifications outside your chosen hours, so you won't wake up to alerts during sleep. And if you're on a trip to Medan or away during a holiday, you can pause notifications entirely and resume them when you return.
Data Usage & Low-Bandwidth Play
Our platform is designed for Indonesian mobile networks, many of which rely on 4G or 3G. When you watch live dealer tables or football streams, we automatically adjust video quality based on your connection speed. On a slower connection, we lower resolution slightly to keep the stream smooth—you still see the action clearly, but use less data.
If you're near your monthly data limit, check Settings > Playback Quality and select "Low Data Mode." We reduce image quality and disable autoplay videos, cutting your monthly usage by roughly 40–non-specific info. Text-based sports betting and card-game interfaces use minimal data even in Low Data Mode, so you can continue playing on Liga 1 odds or PUBG Mobile esports with confidence.
Session Security & Device Management
Your muraybet session lasts 30 days on a trusted device. If you log in from a new phone or browser, we ask you to verify with a code before granting access. This prevents someone else from using your account if they obtain your password.
You can view active sessions in Account > Security > Active Devices. If you see a login from an unfamiliar location (e.g., Medan when you're in Jakarta), tap "Logout from Device" immediately. Your password is not compromised—we simply logged out that session for you.
For extra safety, enable two-factor authentication in Account > Security > Two-Factor Auth. From then on, logging in requires both your password and a code from an authenticator app (like Google Authenticator). This is the strongest protection we offer.
